We always stand behind making great equipment and look out for the best interest of our customers. If within 30 days of receiving your Lite Pro Gear product you decide it is not going to work for your needs, then contact us. If, after we email or talk, you are still sure of your decision then ship it back to us with all the original packaging. Please note that you will still be responsible for the product until it is back in our hands. Once we get the equipment and do an inspection, we will have the option to charge a 20% restock fee based on the condition of the product. We will then give you your money back and wish you good luck in all your endeavors. We don’t hold grudges.
If our great equipment just isn't the right fit for you, please send it back. The customer is responsible for the $30 restocking fee.

What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers all parts of your Lite Pro Gear equipment.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover Lite Pro Gear equipment which has been damaged due to incorrect set-up, misuse, abuse, accident, damages resulting from poor packing of equipment during travel, or an Act of Nature, God, Aliens, Ra - the Egyptian creator of all things, or your dog Fluffy. This warranty does not cover consequential damages (the cost of repairing or replacing other property which damaged when Lite Pro Gear equipment does not work properly). We do not have personal liability in any case.
What is the Period of Coverage?
2 Years on Metal Components / 1 Year on Carbon Fiber from the date the equipment is delivered.
Who is Covered?
This warranty covers the original purchaser of Lite Pro Gear equipment only and does not transfer to resale owners.
What Will We Do to Correct Problems?
You will pay all return shipping fees and if needed, international charges. We will repair the defective part(s). If we determine that is not possible, we will send you new equipment. In common circumstances we will be able to send you a new part with a return shipping label for the old one.
What Will You Do?
You will email or call us first to describe the defect(s) and to receive a Return Number. Next step: see above. Most importantly, you will rest easy knowing your LPG representative will make things right for you.
